Just signed my 3rd year lease here! The neighborhood is charming and safe. 5 min walk to downtown Rockville, 10 min walk to Metro station and 2 blocks to great city bus access. The staff is friendly, responsive and personable. So far, my neighbors have been 100% pleasant and well-behaved. I love established, renovated vintage buildings and these are solid, well-appointed with great landscaping. Couldn't be happier here!
